Strategic advisory connects people, capital and strategy to scale ideas.
New Advisory Firm Tackles Barriers to Scalability
Intersect Global Launches to Close Gaps between Resources, Ideas & Influence
For Immediate Release:
MIAMI | LONDON — September 22, 2026 — Strategic advisory firm Intersect Global launches today, with the intent to connect the people and means—capital, strategy, influence or otherwise—necessary to scaling ideas. Co-founded by senior entertainment and marketing professional Eileen Horowitz Bastianelli, and Tatiana Der Avedissian, an expert in sustainability and global policy, the firm uses systems theory principles to cultivate larger societal shifts.
"Every idea demands a story before it needs capital. We bring the story, the capital, the partners, and the network — into the same room. Then we stay to sculpt the right activation."
Eileen Horowitz Bastianelli, CEO
For Arrogant Architects, Intersect Global is taking Bozhidar Hinkov's coastal-regeneration asset to market. "SHOAL" is a luxury modular shoreline designed to cool itself while beautifying locales and reconnecting communities to nature. The brief includes brand, relationship development and replication, necessitating participation and sign-off from luxury developers, institutions and civic partners.
Intersect Global has also partnered with Christopher Dipnarine's 4MyCiTy — a proven, community-powered operating model in Baltimore that brings food recovery, waste management, workforce development and local jobs under one roof. The advisory will work with 4MyCiTy to scale this to cities nationwide. Christopher's dream was never simply to feed people. It was to help communities build the systems, skills, and ownership to thrive.
"These projects are just the start. Eileen and I built Intersect Global because we kept seeing the same pattern: ideas and organizations don't fail for lack of ambition — they fail when no one addresses the systemic shift needed beneath them. We bring the expertise and the network to close that gap. That's where we intervene."
Tatiana Der Avedissian, Co-founder
Eileen Horowitz Bastianelli and Tatiana Der Avedissian will be in New York for Climate Week and Miami in early October for the Jupiter Media Festival.
